The Man Behind Smitty
if you haven't heard of Watts Wacker, you have some serious catching up to do. I first learned of him years ago in a 1996 FastCompany article, and, subsequently, his co-authored masterpiece The 500 Year Delta: What Happens After What Comes Next became one of my all-time-favorite non-fiction books.
This won't make a whole lot of sense unless you've read The Radical Edge, but Watts is the ultimate WUP master, as far as I'm concerned.
And in a twisted, non-linear, convoluted way, he is the inspiration behind the character of Smitty, of Leap and Edge fame.
Keep up with Watts by reading his on-line newsletter.
