Kineticom Rocks!
Kineticom is a San Diego-based "talent agency" that's redefining the staffing world. I'll be writing about them quite a bit, I predict, partly because they've adopted Love, Energy, Audacity and Proof as their company values and are perpetually building their culture on the principles of Extreme Leadership.
They are the winner of the 2005 American Business Awards in the category of Best Agency, Brokerage, or Satellite Office or Facility. Here's an excerpt from the report:
"Kineticom has built a culture of risk-takers who believe in themselves and put everything on the line to make things happen. The company has become a talent center where freelance technical experts flourish. They have established lasting, two-way relationships with the contractors who are fully engaged, love what they do and readily communicate their enthusiasm to their peers."

Hi Friends
I've been looking forward to starting this blog for a long time. Now that The Radical Edge is in the can and on its way through production, I'm ready to roll. I hope you are, too. Please chime in whenever you can.

Advance praise for The Radical Edge
"The best book you'll read this year. Captivating from the first page and jam packed with invaluable lessons. This is a must read. The Radical Edge is terrific!"
--Jason Jennings, New York Times bestselling author, It's Not The Big That Eat The Small...It's The Fast That Eat The Slow, Less is More and Think BIG Act Small.
"Farber's style is disarmingly honest as he gives us a playbook for harnessing the power of the human spirit. Invite your team to read The Radical Edge and you'll have a lasting framework to move your life and business forward."
-- Simon Billsberry, CEO, Kineticom (#33 on the Inc. 500, 2005)
